Aseptic Lead (m/w/d)

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

  • Hauptansprechpartner für aseptische Prozesse im Value Stream Filling/Lyo
  • Koordination zwischen Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Verantwortung für die Implementierung der Sterility Assurance Roadmap im zugewiesenen Bereich
  • Durchführung und Review von Risikoanalysen sowie Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und Risikobewertungen
  • Erstellung von Drehbüchern für Rauchstudien und Begleitung der Durchführung
  • Schulung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden im Bereich aseptischer Prozesse
  • Initiierung und Koordination von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aseptischer Herstellprozesse
  • Aktiver Austausch zu aseptischen Themen mit relevanten Abteilungen innerhalb des CSL-Netzwerks
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien und Sterilitätsanforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Inspektionen

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Uni oder FH) in Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbar – alternativ langjährige Erfahrung in der sterilen pharmazeutischen Produktion
  • Offene, flexible Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung und Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in aseptischer Technik, GMP und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und Auditprozessen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Führungsqualitäten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise auch GMP-relevante Systeme wie z. B. TrackWise, LIMS, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Über diese Position

Sie berichten direkt an den Aseptic Process Excellence Lead und arbeiten in einem engagierten Team von Aseptic Leads und Aseptic Process Scientists. Daraus resultieren auch cross-funktionale Schnittstellen z.B. zu Quality Assurance and Sterility.
