For our Business Unit Commercial Operations we are looking for a

Marketing Coordinator (m/w/x)

This role will be primarily responsible for enabling the efficient operation of the portfolio marketing teams in International Marketing.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Coordinate marketing projects, activities, and events (incl. meetings (internal & external), product launches and congresses)
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising Facilitate market research processes and organise dissemination of analysis and reports.
• Assist in updating performance dashboards and tracking. · Maintain and update marketing databases and digital asset management systems (e.g. VEEVA PromoMats).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
• Support the development of marketing materials and presentations.
• Maintain inventory of digital assets across the region.
• Support budget tracking and management for International Marketing Team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a coordinator position, working in an international commercial/marketing organisation, with exposure to interactions with affiliates and customers

• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics

• Excellent project management skills (incl. proficiency in MS-Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Fluency in English language (spoken and written) is required; other language(s) advantageous

• Working understanding of the principles of marketing in healthcare sector
