About the role

As an Order Release Associate, you will coordinate the end‑to‑end release of finished products and intermediates, providing visibility of release timelines and supporting on‑time shipment. You will work cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to manage priorities, mitigate risks and protect customer and patient supply.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong system accuracy, attention to detail and proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Support inventory adjustments, write‑offs and reclassification activities in line with governance requirements

  • Coordinate post‑release activities to support on‑time shipment and reduce release‑to‑ship cycle times

  • Track and report release performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes and system data quality

  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP, data integrity, quality and health & safety requirements

About you

You are highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. You enjoy collaborating across teams and take pride in delivering reliable outcomes that protect supply and patient needs.

Skills & experience

  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system

  • Experience in a planning, scheduling or release coordination role

  • Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning is advantageous

  • Experience working in a GMP environment (pharmaceutical, biotech or food manufacturing)

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong understanding of data integrity and system accuracy

  • Excellent communication, planning and time‑management skills
