Für den Bereich Operational Services innerhalb des Departements Maintenance and Utilities brauchen wir ab Juli 2026 eine/n

Senior Technical Expert (m/w/x)

als Stellvertretung für den Head Requalification M2U bei dessen Abwesenheiten, in Meetings und bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

  • Fachliche Beurteilung von Change Control Änderungsanträgen und Definition von Aktionen sowie Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen aus Abweichungen oder Audits
  • Erstellung von Qualifizierungsberichten, SOPs, Verfahrensanweisungen und sonstigen operativen GxP-Dokumenten in Deutsch und Englisch (inkl. Prüfung und Freigabe)
  • Ansprechperson innerhalb und außerhalb des Teams für Fragen zu Lüftungen, Isolatoren, Requalifizierungen, Qualifizierungen, SAP-Stammdaten und Kalibrierungen
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Management der periodischen Überprüfungen des Qualifizierungsstatus der Produktions-Anlagen, Disponierung der Anlagen innerhalb des Teams, Bereitstellung und Anforderung der dafür notwendigen Datensätze
  • Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen bei Audits, Support im Inspektionsraum und Mithilfe zur Umsetzung der daraus notwendigen Korrekturmaßnahmen im Bereich GMP

Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

  • BSc. in relevanter Disziplin (Pharmazeutik, Biologie, Chemie) oder Ausbildung als Techniker/in im Bereich Lebensmittel-, Bio-, Pharmatechnologie oder Chemie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld in der Pharmaindustrie oder vergleichbar
  • Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen „Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)“ Prinzipien
  • Erfahrungen mit Anforderungen von FDA und EMA
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
