Senior Brand Manager, Influenza and Travel Vaccines

CSL Seqirus is a global leader in influenza prevention and pandemic preparedness. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager for our Influenza and Travel vaccine portfolio.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced healthcare marketer to drive continued growth across our Private market Influenza r and Travel Vaccines portfolio. In this role, you will lead brand strategy, build high impact strategic partnerships, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our market presence nationally.

Reporting directly to the Vaccines Director, this is a national role based at our head office on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives Growth for key brands in the portfolio

• Defines and implements marketing strategies and/or tactical plans for existing and new products within the assigned therapeutic area

• Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales, technical and therapeutic area teams

• Champions the brands: Disseminates product experience and product strategy to commercial operations; build and leads a high performing brand team

• Lead innovation by being curious and driven to seek insights, find business opportunities, anticipate issues and quickly adapt

• Build and lead internal and external partner relationships

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline;

• 7+ years' healthcare experience with3+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry

• Experience in a range of commercial roles in multiple therapy areas, sales experience valued

• Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools effective within the respective region

• Highly strategic and commercially minded

• Agile, adaptable, and responsive to change
